  • Support for More Unstructured Data Formats: Companies can now process video and audio data, such as sales demos and customer service calls, unlocking a treasure trove of insights previously hidden in unstructured formats.
  • Additional Pre-Built Connectors: Salesforce added 50 new pre-built connectors, bringing the total to over 200, making it easier than ever to connect various data sources to Data Cloud.
  • Sub-Second Real-Time Capabilities: Perhaps the most exciting upgrade, Data Cloud can now process data in sub-seconds, making it faster than ever for businesses to ingest, analyze, and act on information.

Salesforce announced an exciting initiative to bridge the growing AI skills gap. Through Trailhead, Salesforce will offer free premium AI courses and certifications to anyone interested, with this program extending through the end of 2025.
