Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other platforms.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for reaching new clients.
  • Maintain and update the sales pipeline with new leads and follow-ups.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and sales.
  • Prepare reports and provide updates on the progress of lead generation efforts.
  • Develop and execute personalized email outreach to engage and nurture potential leads.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in business development or lead generation.

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Specialist with 3+ years of hands-on experience to manage and deliver end-to-end marketing automation projects for our clients. This role involves the creation, execution, and optimization of personalized campaigns using SFMC, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer journeys and measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Advisory & Collaboration:
    Serve as a trusted consultant, translating client marketing goals into actionable SFMC solutions while ensuring ongoing communication and strategic support.
  • Campaign Management:
    Lead the creation and execution of personalized marketing campaigns using tools like Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Automation Studio, ensuring data-driven solutions.
  • Optimization & Support:
    Identify and implement improvements in campaign performance and functionality while providing technical support across various SFMC tools.
  • Data-Driven Solutions:
    Develop and manage customer journeys, audience segmentation, and automation workflows, integrating external data sources and custom configurations.
  • Project Delivery:
    Ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery of projects, with clear communication regarding any scope or timeline changes.
  • Internal Collaboration:
    Work closely with internal teams to deliver successful campaigns and contribute to practice growth through thought leadership and staying updated on SFMC trends.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including hands-on use of key tools like Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Audience Builder.
  • Strong ability to translate client marketing objectives into effective, automated solutions within SFMC.
  • Experience in managing marketing automation projects, with a strong understanding of budget and timeline management.
